Provide deployers with documentation on intended use, limitations, and data provenance.

Post-Market Monitoring
Mechanisms to receive reports of discriminatory outcomes. Records retained 5 years minimum.
Vendor Dependency Warning: Using a third-party AI platform does not transfer compliance liability. You need your own impact assessment, consumer notice, and appeal process.
