These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Softechinfra website at https://softechinfra.com ("Website") and any services provided by Softechinfra ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
Softechinfra provides IT services including but not limited to custom software development, web and mobile application development, CRM solutions, digital marketing, SEO services, and AI-powered automation. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) signed between Softechinfra and the client.
All project engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (SOW, MSA, or project contract) that outlines the scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other specific conditions. These Terms serve as the general framework and are supplemented by the specific project agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Intellectual property rights for custom work developed for clients are governed by the individual project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the project contract, upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom-developed code and deliverables as defined in the SOW.
We treat all client information shared during project discussions and engagements as confidential. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any detailed project discussions. Contact us at contact@softechinfra.com to request an NDA.
Payment terms, including amounts, milestones, and schedules, are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
This Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We warrant that our professional services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with generally accepted industry standards. Specific service warranties are defined in individual project agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softechinfra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For client projects involving personal data processing, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) as required under GDPR Article 28.
Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual project agreement. In the absence of specific termination clauses, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India.
